Mouse IFN-alpha/beta R2 PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1391)

The IFNAR2 protein functions as the type I interferon receptor beta subunit, binding IFN-alpha and IFN-beta ligands to drive JAK-STAT signaling and antiviral gene expression. Built on Assay Genie's PharmaGenie platform, this kit measures mouse IFNAR2 in conditioned cell culture supernatant. Mouse plasma specimens are accepted as input material, and serum samples can also be analyzed. Immunology and virology laboratories use the plate-based workflow to track IFNAR2 expression in mouse infection models and to characterize how this receptor shapes type I interferon responses. Absorbance values are read on standard laboratory microplate readers for downstream analysis.
