Mouse IDO1/Indoleamine 2 3-dioxygenase ELISA Kit

A colorimetric Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative detection of mouse Indoleamine 2,3-Dioxygenase (IDO1) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format and is intended for research in immunology, where IDO1 serves as a biomarker of immune modulation, inflammation, autoimmunity, and cancer-related processes.

Linearity in serum (n = 5) falls within 87–105% at 1:2, 82–99% at 1:4 and 84–97% at 1:8 dilution. EDTA plasma (n = 5) shows 85–101%, 87–99% and 83–99% across the same dilutions, while heparin plasma (n = 5) shows 88–93%, 82–98% and 82–98%. Spike-and-recovery averages are 100% for serum (range 93–104%), 97% for EDTA plasma (range 89–105%) and 94% for heparin plasma (range 87–105%).

The workflow includes reagent and plate preparation, a 90-minute primary incubation at 37°C, biotinylated detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-streptavidin (SABC) binding for 30 minutes, TMB colour development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after addition of stop solution.
