The assay employs a streptavidin-HRP conjugate with TMB substrate for absorbance-based readout on a pre-coated microplate, supporting consistent results when screening diabetic and pre-diabetic cohorts. Reconstituted standards and diluted samples are added to antibody-coated wells where circulating IAA is captured, followed by biotinylated detection antibody and streptavidin-HRP.
