Mouse Hypoxia-inducible factor 1-alpha inhibitor (Hif1an) ELISA Kit

HIF1AN functions as an oxygen sensor, hydroxylating HIF-1 alpha in the C-terminal transactivation domain under normoxic conditions and modulating gene expression in low-oxygen environments through interactions with transcriptional coactivators including Cbp/p300.

The assay is validated for mouse serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids, with reactivity specific to mouse HIF1AN. It detects both natural and recombinant forms of the target, with a detection range of 0.312–20 ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.168 ng/mL. The colourimetric sandwich format supports accurate quantification in studies of cancer, cardiovascular disorders and inflammatory conditions, where HIF1AN dysregulation has been implicated.
