Mouse Hyaluronidase-3 (Hyal3) ELISA Kit

Designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse Hyaluronidase-3 (HYAL3) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, this Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie uses a colorimetric detection method suited to a range of research applications. HYAL3 is an endoglycosidase that degrades hyaluronan, a major glycosaminoglycan of the extracellular matrix, and its dysregulation has been implicated in cancer, arthritis and inflammation. The assay detects natural and recombinant mouse Hyaluronidase-3, with reactivity specific to mouse samples.

Reported performance characteristics include a detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.084ng/mL, with intra-assay and inter-assay CV both stated as 0.0%. Linearity has been validated across serial dilutions (1:2, 1:4, 1:8, 1:16) of serum (88-96%, 106-115%, 99-107%, 81-93%), EDTA plasma (99-108%, 100-109%, 103-114%, 106-116%) and heparin plasma (100-108%, 97-109%, 83-94%, 82-91%). Recovery averages 80% (range 80-80%) for both serum and plasma. The kit is supplied with a dismountable ELISA microplate (8×12 strips), lyophilized standard, sample diluent, assay diluents A and B, detection reagents A and B, wash buffer, substrate, stop solution and plate sealer, and is intended for research use only.
