Mouse HSPE1/HSP10/Chaperonin 10 ELISA Kit

This ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of HSPE1 (also known as HSP10, a chaperonin protein) in mouse samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. HSPE1 participates in protein folding and quality control, supports cellular homeostasis, and helps protect cells from stress-induced damage; altered HSPE1 expression has been linked to neurodegenerative disorders, cancer and autoimmune conditions.

Reported analytical performance includes a sensitivity of 4.688 ng/mL and a standard range of 7.813–500 ng/mL. In linearity testing across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (n = 5) at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions, recovery spanned 80–105%. Spike-and-recovery averages were 94% for serum, 97% for EDTA plasma and 96% for heparin plasma (n = 5).

The assay uses a biotinylated detection antibody with HRP-streptavidin and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm. Uniprot reference: Q64433. The kit is supplied for research applications in the area of metabolism and should be stored at 2–8 °C for 12 months.
