Mouse HSP-60 (Heat Shock Protein 60) ELISA Kit (MOES01126)

The Mouse HSP-60 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of mitochondrial chaperonin HSP-60 (also known as CPN60 or HSPD1) in mouse-derived samples. HSP-60 is a stress-inducible 60 kDa chaperonin involved in protein folding and mitochondrial protein import, and circulating levels serve as a biomarker of mitochondrial dysfunction, inflammatory response, and cellular damage in research models of cardiovascular disease, metabolic syndrome, and neurodegeneration.
