Mouse HSF2 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of Heat Shock Factor 2 (HSF2) in mouse samples. The kit is compatible with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples, and uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection measured at 450 nm. HSF2 is a key transcription factor that regulates the expression of heat shock proteins in response to cellular stresses such as heat shock and oxidative stress, and its dysregulation has been implicated in cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and cardiovascular diseases.

The assay has a reported sensitivity of 4.688 pg/mL and a standard range of 7.813–500 pg/mL. It is stored at 2–8°C for 12 months. Linearity across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions is 86–104%, 84–99%, and 80–100% for serum (n = 5); 88–101%, 86–98%, and 84–95% for EDTA plasma (n = 5); and 87–105%, 85–95%, and 80–100% for heparin plasma (n = 5). Recovery ranges are 94–105% for serum (average 100%), 88–104% for EDTA plasma (average 99%), and 91–101% for heparin plasma (average 96%).
