Mouse HNRPA1 ELISA Kit

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie that enables quantitative measurement of HNRPA1 in mouse samples. The double-antibody format is intended for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types. Detection is colorimetric, with absorbance read at 450 nm following TMB substrate development.

Reported sensitivity is 23.438 pg/mL, with an assay range of 39.063–2500 pg/mL. Linearity was evaluated across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 in serum (85–100%, 82–97%, 92–98%), EDTA plasma (91–98%, 82–100%, 86–97%), and heparin plasma (86–103%, 86–96%, 82–90%). Recovery averaged 99% (range 95–103%) in serum, 92% (range 87–99%) in EDTA plasma, and 94% (range 89–101%) in heparin plasma. The kit is stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

HNRPA1 is described as a key protein involved in RNA processing and gene expression regulation, with critical roles in mRNA splicing, transport, and stability.
