Mouse HNF6b/Hepatocyte Nuclear Factor 6 Beta ELISA Kit

A sandwich double-antibody ELISA from Assay Genie designed to quantify Hepatocyte Nuclear Factor 6 Beta (HNF6B) in mouse samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a biotin-labeled detection antibody with an HRP-Streptavidin conjugate, TMB substrate development, and absorbance reading at 450 nm. Reported sensitivity is 9.375 pg/mL with a working range of 15.625-1000 pg/mL, and kit components are stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

The procedure involves reagent equilibration to room temperature, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, TMB color development in the dark for 10-20 minutes, and absorbance reading immediately after stop solution addition. Linearity was demonstrated across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions in serum (85-103%, 88-102%, 88-101%), EDTA plasma (83-99%, 83-100%, 85-98%), and heparin plasma (80-100%, 89-99%, 87-100%). Recovery ranges were 85-101% in serum, 91-104% in EDTA plasma, and 92-101% in heparin plasma, with averages of 91%, 95%, and 97% respectively.
