Mouse HNF6a/Hepatocyte Nuclear Factor 6 Alpha ELISA Kit

This Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of HNF6A (Hepatocyte Nuclear Factor 6 Alpha) in mouse samples. In-house validation showed linearity of 87–105% for serum, 82–101% for EDTA plasma, and 81–98% for heparin plasma across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions, with spike-and-recovery averages of 96% (serum), 97% (EDTA plasma), and 96% (heparin plasma). The workflow covers reagent and plate equilibration, a primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody binding at 37°C for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding at 37°C for 30 minutes, TMB colour development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm immediately after the stop solution is added.
