Mouse HNF4a (Hepatocyte Nuclear Factor 4 Alpha) ELISA Kit (MOES01169)

This colorimetric sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie measures mouse HNF4a (Hepatocyte Nuclear Factor 4 Alpha) and is intended for research use. It is suitable for serum, blood, plasma, cell culture supernatant, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids.

The supplied plate is pre-coated with an HNF4a-specific antibody. Standards or samples are combined with that antibody, followed by a biotinylated HNF4a detection antibody and an avidin-HRP conjugate; unbound components are washed away before substrate and stop solution are added. Optical density is measured at 450 nm ± 2 nm and is proportional to HNF4a concentration.

The stated sensitivity is 23.44 pg/mL, with a detection range of 39.06-2500 pg/mL. Sample concentration is calculated by comparing sample optical density with the standard curve.
