HNF1A is a key transcription factor involved in the regulation of liver-specific gene expression and plays a crucial role in glucose homeostasis and lipid metabolism. The assay delivers a sensitivity of 4.688 pg/mL across a working range of 7.813–500 pg/mL, with storage at 2–8°C for 12 months.

Reported linearity values for serum (n=5) are 85–102% (1:2), 85–103% (1:4) and 91–99% (1:8); EDTA plasma values are 82–100% (1:2), 90–101% (1:4) and 87–96% (1:8); heparin plasma values are 86–100% (1:2), 82–100% (1:4) and 83–95% (1:8).
