Mouse histon-H2b ELISA Kit

Assay Genie provides a sandwich-format ELISA kit for the quantitative measurement of histone H2B in mouse samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The kit uses a double-antibody sandwich configuration with colorimetric detection, with absorbance read at 450 nm, and is supplied for research use only.

Reported sensitivity is 0.234 ng/mL with an assay range of 0.391–25 ng/mL. Linearity for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions falls within 80–104%. Recovery averages are 96% for serum, 94% for EDTA plasma and 98% for heparin plasma. Kits are kept at 2–8°C for 12 months.

The workflow includes reagent equilibration, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes, HRP-Streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, TMB colour development in the dark for 10–20 minutes, and absorbance reading at 450 nm after stop solution is added.
