Mouse Histidyl-tRNA synthetase, cytoplasmic (Hars) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie's Sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse Histidyl-tRNA synthetase, cytoplasmic (Hars). The target is a cytoplasmic histidine--tRNA ligase that plays a role in axon guidance, also referred to by the synonyms Histidyl-tRNA synthetase and HisRS. The kit detects natural and recombinant mouse Histidine--tRNA ligase, cytoplasmic, and is validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.

Quantitative performance: detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and sensitivity of 0.068ng/mL, with mouse reactivity in a colorimetric ELISA workflow. Linearity ranges across dilutions 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16 (N=5) are 106-116%, 110-120%, 115-124% and 92-102% for serum; 103-112%, 80-92%, 110-120% and 86-96% for EDTA plasma; and 84-94%, 104-104%, 89-99% and 87-99% for heparin plasma.
