Mouse Histidine-rich glycoprotein (Hrg) ELISA Kit

A sandwich-format, colorimetric ELISA kit from Assay Genie for the quantitative detection of mouse Histidine-rich glycoprotein (HRG) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates and cell culture supernatants. The assay recognises natural and recombinant mouse HRG (UniProt Q9ESB3), with a stated detection range of 31.2–2000 pg/mL and a sensitivity of 15.6 pg/mL. Reported intra-assay CV is 4.9% and inter-assay CV 7.7%. Linearity has been demonstrated across serial dilutions (1:2–1:16) in serum (e.g. 83–94% to 82–91%), EDTA plasma (e.g. 100–109% to 107–118%) and heparin plasma (e.g. 107–118% to 108–118%). Spiked recovery averages 95% in serum (range 89–101%) and 97% in plasma (range 91–103%). HRG is a plasma glycoprotein implicated in immune-complex and pathogen clearance, coagulation, fibrinolysis, cell adhesion, angiogenesis and modulation of the VEGF signalling pathway, making this kit applicable to research in thrombosis, wound healing, tumour biology and inflammation.
