Mouse High mobility group protein B3 (Hmgb3) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit enables quantitative measurement of mouse High mobility group protein B3 (Hmgb3) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernatants and other biological fluids, and detects both natural and recombinant mouse HMGB3. Reported performance includes a detection range of 0.312-20ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.167ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 6.3% and an inter-assay CV of 8.1%. Linearity was demonstrated in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16, with recoveries typically between 91% and 120% depending on matrix. Average recovery is 102% in serum (range 96-108%) and 104% in plasma (range 98-110%). HMGB3 is a member of the high mobility group protein family involved in chromatin remodeling, DNA binding and repair, transcriptional regulation and innate immune responses to nucleic acids, and has been linked to inflammation and tumorigenesis.
