Mouse High affinity immunoglobulin gamma Fc receptor I (Fcgr1) ELISA Kit

A Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of mouse High affinity immunoglobulin gamma Fc receptor I (Fcgr1) in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Also known by the synonyms Fc-gamma RI, FcRI, CD64, IgG Fc receptor I and Fcg1, this receptor functions as a high affinity receptor for the Fc region of immunoglobulins gamma and participates in both innate and adaptive immune responses.

The kit detects natural and recombinant mouse Fcgr1 with a detection range of 31.2-2000 pg/ml and a sensitivity of 15.74 pg/mL. Reported precision figures are an intra-assay CV of 6.2% and an inter-assay CV of 7.7%. Linearity across serial dilutions (1:2 to 1:16) covers 83-118% for serum, 104-122% for EDTA plasma and 96-120% for heparin plasma. Spike-and-recovery averages are 100% (range 94-106%) for serum and 102% (range 96-108%) for plasma.

Intended for research use only within the immunology field, the assay is run as a Sandwich ELISA with absorbance read at 450 nm on a standard microplate reader.
