Mouse HIF-1 alpha/Hypoxia-inducible factor 1-alpha ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit enables the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse Hif1alpha concentrations in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, and other biological fluids. HIF-1 alpha is a key transcription factor that plays a central role in the cellular response to hypoxia, regulating expression of genes involved in angiogenesis, metabolism, and cell survival. Dysregulation of HIF-1 alpha has been linked to cancer, cardiovascular disorders, and ischemic injuries, supporting research into hypoxia-related biology and targeted therapies.

The assay offers a sensitivity of 75 pg/ml and a quantitative working range of 125–8000 pg/ml. Spiked recovery averaged 92% in serum (range 86–104%), 91% in EDTA plasma (range 86–105%), and 94% in UFH plasma (range 86–100%). Linearity was demonstrated across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions for all three matrices, with intra-assay CV <8% and inter-assay CV <10%.
