Mouse HHIP (Hedgehog Interacting Protein) ELISA Kit (MOES01132)

Built for signal transduction research, this quantitative ELISA kit from Assay Genie provides a calibrated measurement tool for mouse Hedgehog Interacting Protein (HHIP), the membrane-bound antagonist that sequesters Sonic Hedgehog, Indian Hedgehog, and Desert Hedgehog ligands away from PTCH1 receptors. The 96 assays configuration supports pathway studies in murine lung morphogenesis, neural stem cell maintenance, and Hedgehog-driven tumor biology, including lung adenocarcinoma, pancreatic ductal adenocarcinoma, and medulloblastoma models. Each kit contains pre-coated plate wells, biotinylated detection antibody, recombinant mouse HHIP standards, streptavidin-HRP working solution, wash buffer concentrate, TMB substrate, and stop reagent. The HRP-TMB readout is captured on a standard microplate reader. Antibodies are raised against recombinant murine HHIP, and the assay is intended for detection of the mouse ortholog only.
