Mouse HGF ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative detection of mouse Hepatocyte Growth Factor (HGF) in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The assay uses a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection, reporting a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL across a working range of 31.25–2000 pg/mL.

HGF is a signaling molecule involved in regulating tissue regeneration, cell growth, and development, and has been implicated in cancer, liver diseases, and wound healing. Reagents are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months. The kit has been validated for linearity in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma samples, with reported recovery ranges of 88–104% (serum), 88–99% (EDTA plasma), and 89–101% (heparin plasma).

The procedure uses a biotinylated detection antibody and HRP-streptavidin binding with TMB substrate, and absorbance is read at 450 nm. Components include a pre-coated microplate, lyophilized standard, biotin-labeled antibody, HRP-streptavidin conjugate, TMB substrate, dilution buffers, wash buffer, stop solution, plate sealer, and a technical manual.
