Mouse Hepatocyte growth factor receptor (Met) ELISA Kit

The assay recognises natural and recombinant mouse Hepatocyte growth factor receptor, a heterodimer composed of a 50 kDa alpha chain and a 145 kDa beta chain linked by disulfide bonds.

Performance characteristics include a detection range of 31.2-2000pg/mL and a sensitivity of 15.61pg/mL. Intra-assay CV is 6.4% and inter-assay CV is 8.2%. Spike recovery in serum averages 88% (range 82-94%) and in plasma averages 90% (range 84-96%). The kit is suitable for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids.
