Mouse Hepatitis A virus cellular receptor 1 homolog (Havcr1) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA Kit is designed for the quantitative measurement of mouse Hepatitis A virus cellular receptor 1 homolog (HAVCR1), also known as TIM-1 or KIM-1. The assay is intended for use with mouse samples and accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, with specificity for natural and recombinant mouse HAVCR1.

Detection is colorimetric, with a reported detection range of 0.156-10ng/mL and a sensitivity of 0.088ng/mL. Precision data include an intra-assay CV of 6.1% and an inter-assay CV of 9.5%. Recovery testing returned an average of 106% (range 100-112%) for serum and 108% (range 102-114%) for plasma samples.

HAVCR1 is a cell surface receptor implicated in immune responses and viral entry, with research relevance to T-helper cell development, kidney injury and repair, and host-pathogen interactions. The protein is annotated as a single-pass type I membrane protein (UniProt Q5QNS5). For research use only.
