Mouse Heparin Cofactor II ELISA Kit

Linearity in serum spans 86-104%, in EDTA plasma 85-105%, and in heparin plasma 88-103% across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions. Recovery averages are 92% in serum, 96% in EDTA plasma, and 94% in heparin plasma. The assay uses a biotin-labelled detection antibody and HRP-Streptavidin (SABC), with TMB substrate development and absorbance read at 450 nm.

Reagents are kept at 2-8°C, with light-sensitive components protected from direct light, and the unopened kit is stable for 12 months under these conditions. The procedure follows a sandwich ELISA workflow: primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, detection antibody binding at 37°C for 60 minutes, and HRP-Streptavidin incubation for 30 minutes.
