Mouse Heparanase (Hpse) ELISA Kit

Designed for the precise detection of heparanase (Hpse) in mouse samples, this Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie provides accurate, reproducible measurements suitable for a broad range of research applications. Heparanase is an endoglycosidase that cleaves heparan sulfate proteoglycans (HSPGs) into heparan sulfate side chains and core proteoglycans, participating in extracellular matrix degradation and remodelling. Dysregulation of this enzyme has been implicated in cancer metastasis, inflammation and angiogenesis.

The kit detects natural and recombinant mouse Heparanase and is validated for use with serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids. Sensitivity is 39.4 pg/mL and the detection range is 78-5000 pg/mL. Intra CV is 6.3% and Inter CV is 8.1%.

Linearity has been demonstrated for serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma across dilution ranges, with recovery in serum averaging 101% (range 95-107%) and in plasma averaging 103% (range 97-109%). The research area is cancer, and the kit is intended for research use only.
