Mouse Heat Shock Protein 90kDa Alpha A1 (HSP90aA1) ELISA Kit

The Mouse HSP90aA1 ELISA Kit from Assay Genie targets the inducible cytosolic chaperone encoded by the Hsp90aa1 locus on mouse chromosome 17 and is referenced to UniProt entry Q80Y52. The antibody pair was raised against natural and recombinant mouse HSP90α and shows no significant cross-reactivity with the constitutive paralog HSP90AB1, so the values generated reflect the stress-responsive HSP90α pool rather than total 90 kDa chaperone content. The kit is therefore commonly used as a quantitative complement to upstream heat-shock or proteotoxic-stress models and to downstream Western blot or immunohistochemistry readouts in tumor, wound healing, and neurodegeneration studies.

Each kit ships with a 12-month shelf life when stored unopened at 4 °C, with reconstituted standards and diluted detection antibody held at -20 °C in single-use aliquots to limit freeze-thaw cycles.
