Mouse HDAC2 ELISA Kit

This sandwich immunoassay from Assay Genie enables the in vitro quantitative determination of mouse HDAC2 (histone deacetylase 2) concentrations in serum, plasma and other biological fluids. HDAC2 is a key enzyme involved in gene regulation and chromatin remodeling, and its dysregulation has been linked to cancer, neurodegenerative disorders, and heart disease.

Sensitivity is 0.094ng/ml and the assay range is 0.156-10ng/ml. Recovery testing in serum (n=5) yielded 85-100% (average 92%); EDTA plasma (n=5) 86-104% (average 96%); and UFH plasma (n=5) 91-103% (average 96%). Linearity was demonstrated by serial dilutions across serum, EDTA plasma, and UFH plasma matrices. Intra-assay CV is <8% and inter-assay CV is <10%.
