Mouse HB-EGF (Heparin-binding Epidermal Growth Factor-like Growth Factor) CLIA Kit (MOES00356)

A chemiluminescence-based immunoassay from Assay Genie designed for the in vitro quantitative determination of Mouse HB-EGF (Heparin-Binding Epidermal Growth Factor-Like Growth Factor) in mouse serum, plasma and other biological fluids. The kit uses a Sandwich-CLIA format with microplate wells pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse HB-EGF, applying a biotinylated detection antibody and an Avidin-HRP conjugate, followed by a chemiluminescent substrate for signal generation.

Relative light unit (RLU) values read on a chemiluminescence immunoassay analyzer are positively associated with analyte concentration and can be quantified against a standard curve. The assay reports a sensitivity of 4.69 pg/mL and a detection range of 7.81-500 pg/mL, with an assay time of 3.5h and a sample volume of 100 μL.

The assay recognizes Mouse HB-EGF in samples, with no significant cross-reactivity or interference observed between Mouse HB-EGF and analogues, and reproducibility is reported with both intra-CV and inter-CV at < 15%.
