Mouse H2-Q7 ELISA Kit

Engineered for the precise measurement of H2-Q7 levels in mouse samples, this Sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie targets a protein that plays a crucial role in the immune response, particularly in antigen presentation to T cells. The assay employs a Sandwich ELISA, Double Antibody format with colorimetric readout, delivering a sensitivity of 4.688 nmol/mL and a measuring range of 7.813–500 nmol/mL. Validated sample types include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. H2-Q7, also known as QA-2 antigen (UniProt P14429), is detected with kits stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

Assay performance was verified through linearity and recovery testing (n=5). Linearity across dilutions (1:2, 1:4, 1:8) was 86-101%, 84-100%, and 80-97% for serum; 89-100%, 87-101%, and 81-99% for EDTA plasma; and 86-102%, 89-98%, and 81-96% for heparin plasma. Recovery was 93-102% (average 99%) for serum, 85-105% (average 95%) for EDTA plasma, and 93-105% (average 99%) for heparin plasma.
