Mouse H2-Aa/ H-2 class II histocompatibility antigen, A-B alpha chain ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this Sandwich ELISA kit employs a double-antibody detection format for the sensitive and accurate quantification of mouse H2 (AA)-H-2 Class II Histocompatibility Antigen A,B Alpha Chain. It is reactive with mouse samples and accepts serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types.

The assay offers a sensitivity of 0.375 ng/mL with a working range of 0.625–40 ng/mL. Linearity has been demonstrated in serum at 90–105% (1:2), 89–104% (1:4), and 85–103% (1:8); in EDTA plasma at 83–92%, 91–100%, and 84–91%; and in heparin plasma at 82–97%, 82–97%, and 80–97%. Average recovery reaches 92% in serum, 98% in EDTA plasma, and 98% in heparin plasma, with corresponding recovery ranges of 88–102%, 93–103%, and 91–103%.

Designed as a reliable tool for research in immunology, autoimmune disease, transplantation biology, and oncology, the kit should be stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
