Mouse H-2 class II histocompatibility antigen, A-K alpha chain (H2-Aa) ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA kit is designed for the quantitative detection of H-2 class II histocompatibility antigen A-K alpha chain (H2-Aa) in mouse samples. It is reactive with mouse and is suited to serum, plasma and cell culture supernatant specimens.

H2-Aa plays a central role in antigen presentation and in the activation of T-helper cells, making the protein a useful biomarker for studies of immune function and immune-related disease in mouse models. The assay has a working range of 0.625-40 ng/mL and is read on a microplate reader set to 450 nm.
