Mouse H-2 class II histocompatibility antigen, A-D alpha chain (H2-Aa) ELISA Kit

Linearity has been characterised across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16 in serum (109–109%, 104–113%, 97–107%, 103–112%), EDTA plasma (86–95%, 94–106%, 97–107%, 106–116%), and heparin plasma (88–96%, 90–100%, 98–107%, 82–92%).
