Mouse H-2 class I histocompatibility antigen, Q7 alpha chain (H2-Q7) ELISA Kit

Designed by Assay Genie for the fast and accurate detection of mouse H-2 class I histocompatibility antigen, Q7 alpha chain (H2-Q7), this sandwich ELISA kit also targets the QA-2 antigen in serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids. The kit offers a detection range of 7.8-500 nmol/mL with a sensitivity of 4.11 nmol/mL, and shows specificity for both natural and recombinant mouse H2-Q7.

The assay demonstrates strong precision, with an intra-assay CV of 4.8% and an inter-assay CV of 8.5%. Recovery has been validated at an average of 103% for serum (range 97-109%) and 105% for plasma (range 99-111%), while linearity in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma has been confirmed across serial dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16.

H2-Q7 functions in the presentation of foreign antigens to the immune system, forming a heterodimer of an alpha chain and beta-2-microglobulin at the cell membrane as a single-pass type I membrane protein. The kit is supplied in a solid-phase format, is intended for research use only, and should be stored at -20°C.
