Mouse GT-34 (Gastrin 34) CLIA Kit (MOES00285)

Assay Genie's CLIA (chemiluminescence immunoassay) kit is designed for the accurate measurement of GT-34 (Gastrin-34) levels in mouse samples, supporting research into this peptide hormone's role in regulating gastric acid secretion and promoting the growth of gastric mucosa. Dysregulation of GT-34 has been associated with gastrointestinal disorders such as gastric ulcers and gastrinomas.

The kit uses a Sandwich-CLIA principle, with a microplate pre-coated with an antibody specific to Mouse GT-34. It is intended for the in vitro quantitative determination of Mouse GT-34 concentrations in serum, plasma and other biological fluids, with a sample volume of 100 μL and an assay time of 4.5h. Reported sensitivity is 4.69 pg/mL and the detection range is 7.81-500 pg/mL. The kit shows no significant cross-reactivity or interference between Mouse GT-34 and analogues.

Linearity was evaluated in serum, EDTA plasma and cell culture media at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16. Average recovery values are 92% for serum (range 85-100%), 104% for EDTA plasma (range 96-111%), and 96% for cell culture media (range 89-102%). Both intra-CV and inter-CV are reported as less than 15%.
