Mouse GSK/glycogen synthase kinase ELISA Kit

A colorimetric sandwich ELISA, double-antibody immunoassay from Assay Genie designed to detect and quantify glycogen synthase kinase (GSK) in mouse samples. Compatible matrices include serum, plasma, cell culture supernatants, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples. The kit supports research into GSK, an enzyme implicated in glycogen metabolism, cell signalling, and gene expression regulation, where dysregulation has been linked to diabetes, Alzheimer's disease, and cancer.

Quoted performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 0.188 ng/mL and an assay range of 0.313–20 ng/mL. Linearity across 1:2, 1:4, and 1:8 dilutions spans 87–103% for serum, 92–105% for EDTA plasma, and 85–101% for heparin plasma. Recovery ranges are 88–104% (average 99%) for serum, 87–99% (average 93%) for EDTA plasma, and 85–104% (average 97%) for heparin plasma. Kits are stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.

The protocol proceeds through reagent equilibration, primary incubation at 37°C for 90 minutes, biotin-labelled detection antibody binding for 60 minutes at 37°C, HRP-streptavidin binding for 30 minutes, TMB colour development for 10–20 minutes in the dark, and absorbance reading at 450 nm following stop solution addition.
