Mouse Growth Regulated Oncogene Beta (GROb) ELISA Kit

GROb, also designated CXCL2 in the CXC chemokine family, is secreted by macrophages and epithelial cells in response to inflammatory stimuli and acts as a potent neutrophil chemoattractant at sites of tissue injury and microbial challenge. This quantitative immunoassay from Assay Genie is configured to measure the murine chemokine across multiple specimen types, supporting studies in inflammation biology, sepsis models, and pulmonary or vascular injury research. The kit provides a pre-coated microplate, biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, chromogenic substrate, and calibrated reference standards for building a standard curve to interpolate sample concentrations.
