Mouse Growth Hormone/GH ELISA Kit

This sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie is designed for the quantitative measurement of growth hormone (GH) in mouse samples. Using a double-antibody sandwich format with colorimetric detection, the assay is validated for serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types. Reported sensitivity is 4.688 pg/mL with a working range of 7.813–500 pg/mL, and the kit is stored at 2–8 °C for 12 months.

Growth hormone regulates growth, metabolism and a range of physiological processes, making this kit useful for research into growth disorders, aging and metabolic disease using mouse models. Linearity in spiked samples was demonstrated for serum (89–105% at 1:2, 84–101% at 1:4, 82–99% at 1:8), EDTA plasma (85–102%, 83–99%, 85–93%) and heparin plasma (89–101%, 85–98%, 80–96%). Spike-and-recovery performance averaged 93% in serum (range 85–104%), 91% in EDTA plasma (87–95%) and 91% in heparin plasma (85–96%).
