Mouse Gremlin-1 ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this sandwich ELISA is designed for the precise quantification of gremlin-1 in mouse samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysates, and other liquid samples. The colorimetric assay uses a TMB substrate with absorbance read at 450 nm, providing a sensitivity of 46.875 pg/mL across a working range of 78.125-5000 pg/mL.

Gremlin-1 is a key protein that regulates cell growth and differentiation, particularly in embryonic development and tissue regeneration, and has been implicated in fibrosis, cancer, and developmental disorders. The kit is stored at 2-8°C for 12 months.

Linearity for serum (n=5) spans 85-102% to 91-103% across 1:2 to 1:8 dilutions, with EDTA plasma (n=5) at 82-99% to 82-100% and heparin plasma (n=5) at 80-100% to 87-98%.
