Mouse GREM1 (GremLin 1) ELISA Kit (MOES01104)

Gremlin 1 (GREM1) is a secreted cysteine-rich BMP antagonist of the DAN family that modulates developmental signaling, branching morphogenesis in the kidney and lung, osteoblast differentiation, and fibrotic remodeling in adult tissue, so quantitative readouts are useful in nephrology, bone biology, pulmonary research, and oncology programs. The Assay Genie Mouse GREM1 ELISA Kit quantifies mouse Gremlin 1 in serum or plasma and in tissue culture supernatant using an antibody-pair architecture with a colorimetric readout on a 96-assay microplate.

Each kit is supplied with pre-coated plate strips, recombinant standard, detection antibody, and substrate reagents sufficient for 96 individual determinations. Reconstituted components should be stored at 4°C, and repeated freeze-thaw cycles of the standard should be avoided to preserve binding activity. The kit is supplied for in vitro research use only and is not intended for diagnostic applications.
