Granzyme G is a serine protease expressed by cytotoxic T lymphocytes and natural killer cells in mice, where it contributes to cell-mediated immunity and target cell apoptosis. The Assay Genie Mouse Granzyme G PharmaGenie ELISA Kit enables quantitative measurement of this granzyme in research laboratories.
