Mouse Granzyme B PharmaGenie ELISA Kit (SBRS1381)

Granzyme B is a serine protease secreted by cytotoxic T lymphocytes and natural killer cells, and acts as a key effector of perforin-dependent target cell killing through caspase-mediated apoptosis. Assay Genie supplies this kit for the quantitative measurement of mouse granzyme B in cell culture supernatant, plasma, and serum specimens, supporting studies of CTL and NK cell activity in tumor immunology, viral infection, transplant rejection, and autoimmune disease models. Each well uses a 100 µL sample volume added to a pre-coated capture antibody plate, with reagents supplied for one microplate run, including biotinylated detection antibody, streptavidin-HRP conjugate, recombinant protein standard, and substrate solution.
