Mouse Granzyme B (G,H) (Gzmb) ELISA Kit

The Assay Genie Mouse Granzyme B (G,H) (Gzmb) ELISA Kit is a sandwich-format immunoassay designed for the quantitative measurement of granzyme B in mouse samples. The kit is reactive with mouse and accepts serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates, and other biological fluids, with specificity for both natural and recombinant mouse Granzyme B (G,H).

The assay delivers a detection range of 15.6-1000 pg/mL with a sensitivity of 7.84 pg/mL. Precision is reported as an intra-assay CV of 8.4% and an inter-assay CV of 10.4%. Linearity has been validated in serum, EDTA plasma, and heparin plasma across dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8, and 1:16. Recovery in serum averages 103% (range 97-109%) and in plasma averages 105% (range 99-111%).

Granzyme B is a serine protease (peptidase S1 family) that mediates target cell lysis in cell-mediated immune responses and operates through an activation cascade of caspases, including caspase-3, -7, -9, and -10, to drive apoptosis. It is localised to cytoplasmic granules of cytolytic T-lymphocytes and natural killer cells. The associated UniProt entry is P04187, and the protein has a molecular weight of 27,470 Da.
