Mouse Granzyme B ELISA Kit

From Assay Genie, this colorimetric sandwich ELISA is designed for quantitative measurement of granzyme B in mouse samples, including serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid sample types. The double-antibody sandwich format delivers a sensitivity of 0.938 pg/mL and a working range of 1.563–100 pg/mL.

Reported linearity values are 85–98% (1:2), 85–99% (1:4), and 89–102% (1:8) for serum; 82–92%, 85–100%, and 90–98% for EDTA plasma; and 83–93%, 84–99%, and 82–99% for heparin plasma. Recovery ranges are 91–100% (average 95%) for serum, 88–99% (average 94%) for EDTA plasma, and 85–102% (average 94%) for heparin plasma.

The assay involves incubation at 37°C with absorbance read at 450 nm, and the kit is stored at 2–8°C for 12 months. According to the product documentation, granzyme B is a key enzyme involved in the immune response and the cytotoxic activity of cytotoxic T lymphocytes and natural killer cells.
