Mouse Granzyme A (Gzma) ELISA Kit

A high-quality Sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie designed for the quantitative measurement of Granzyme A (GZMA) in mouse samples. Granzyme A is a key serine protease found in the cytosolic granules of cytotoxic T cells and natural killer cells, where it activates caspase-independent cell death with morphological features of apoptosis when delivered into the target cell through the immunological synapse.

The assay is reactive with mouse samples and is specific for both natural and recombinant mouse Granzyme A (Uniprot P11032). According to Assay Genie, it offers a colorimetric detection range of 0.156–10 ng/mL, a sensitivity of 0.087 ng/mL, an intra-assay CV of 8.4%, and an inter-assay CV of 10.4%. Reported recovery is 97–109% in serum (average 103%) and 99–111% in plasma (average 105%). Known protein synonyms include autocrine thymic lymphoma granzyme-like serine protease, CTLA-3, Fragmentin-1, T cell-specific serine protease 1, TSP-1, Ctla-3, Ctla3, and Mtsp-1.
