Mouse Granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (Csf2) ELISA Kit

Assay Genie supplies a Sandwich ELISA kit for the quantitative measurement of mouse Granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor (Csf2). The assay is reactive with mouse samples and validated for serum, plasma, tissue homogenates, cell culture supernates and other biological fluids, with a colorimetric detection method. Reported performance figures include a detection range of 1.56-100pg/mL, a sensitivity of 0.66pg/mL, an intra-assay CV of 5.4% and an inter-assay CV of 8.1%.

Linearity in serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (N=5 each) was measured at dilutions of 1:2, 1:4, 1:8 and 1:16. Recovery averaged 94% (range 88-100%) for serum and 96% (range 90-102%) for plasma. The kit shows specificity for natural and recombinant mouse Granulocyte-macrophage colony-stimulating factor. Csf2 is a secreted monomeric cytokine (UniProt P01587) that stimulates the growth and differentiation of hematopoietic precursor cells from lineages including granulocytes, macrophages, eosinophils and erythrocytes, and is a target within immunology research. Most kit components are stored at -20°C, with wash buffer, substrate and stop solution stored at 4°C, and the product is shipped at +4°C.
