Recovery averages 89% (range 83-95%) for serum and 91% (range 85-97%) for plasma. Linearity has been demonstrated across dilutions from 1:2 to 1:16, with serum yielding 89-101% to 94-103%, EDTA plasma yielding 101-111% to 111-123%, and heparin plasma yielding 110-120% to 105-114%.
