Mouse GR beta/Glucocorticoid Receptor Beta ELISA Kit

A sandwich double-antibody ELISA kit from Assay Genie enables quantitative measurement of Mouse GR beta/Glucocorticoid Receptor Beta in serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples. The microplate is pre-coated with a capture antibody specific to the target protein, and detection uses a biotinylated antibody, HRP-conjugated streptavidin and TMB substrate, with absorbance read at 450 nm using a microplate reader.

The assay has a sensitivity of 9.375 pg/mL and a measuring range of 15.625–1000 pg/mL, and kit components are intended to be stored at 2-8°C for 12 months. Reported linearity in serum is 85-104% at 1:2, 82-95% at 1:4 and 84-100% at 1:8 dilution; in EDTA plasma 94-102%, 92-101% and 85-96%; and in heparin plasma 87-104%, 82-101% and 85-99%. Recovery averages 92% in serum (range 87-99%), 98% in EDTA plasma (92-100%) and 92% in heparin plasma (86-104%).
