Description

A sandwich ELISA kit from Assay Genie designed for quantitative detection of mouse G-protein-signaling modulator 1 (GPSM1). The assay uses a double-antibody format and is reactive with mouse serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Key performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 18.75 pg/mL and a working range of 31.25–2000 pg/mL. Reported linearity, evaluated at 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions across serum, EDTA plasma and heparin plasma (n = 5), spans 80–105% across the conditions tested. Spike-recovery in the same matrices averages 91% (serum), 96% (EDTA plasma) and 93% (heparin plasma), with individual ranges of 86–101%, 90–102% and 85–102% respectively.

The procedure follows a standard sandwich workflow: equilibrate reagents, incubate standards and samples at 37°C for 90 minutes, add biotin-labelled detection antibody (37°C, 60 minutes), bind HRP-Streptavidin (37°C, 30 minutes), develop with TMB substrate in the dark for 10–20 minutes, then stop and read absorbance at 450 nm. Reagents should be stored at 2–8°C for 12 months.
