Mouse GP2b/3a (Platelet Membrane Glycoprotein 2b/3a complex) ELISA Kit (MOES01376)

Glycoprotein 2b/3a, also called integrin αIIbβ3, is the dominant fibrinogen receptor on activated platelets and mediates platelet aggregation in thrombus formation. The Assay Genie mouse GP2b/3a ELISA kit enables researchers to quantify this complex in mouse samples, supporting studies in cardiovascular disease, hemostasis, vascular inflammation, and bleeding disorders. Reagents are supplied in individual vials, including the standard, detection antibody, and wash buffer, and the assay is intended for in vitro research use only. Each kit contains components sufficient for 96 assays, allowing standard curves and sample replicates to be measured in parallel on a standard microplate reader.
