Mouse Got1 ELISA Kit

A colorimetric, double-antibody sandwich ELISA from Assay Genie for the quantitative measurement of glutamic-oxaloacetic transaminase 1 (GOT1) in mouse samples. The kit is intended for use with serum, plasma, cell culture supernatant, cell or tissue lysate, and other liquid samples.

Stated performance characteristics include a sensitivity of 0.938 mIU/mL and an assay range of 1.563–100 mIU/mL. Reported recovery values are 89–99% (average 97%) for serum, 91–101% (average 97%) for EDTA plasma, and 86–104% (average 93%) for heparin plasma. Linearity has been evaluated across 1:2, 1:4 and 1:8 dilutions, with reported ranges of 88–104%, 86–99% and 80–97% in serum; 88–105%, 83–97% and 87–98% in EDTA plasma; and 83–92%, 92–100% and 88–100% in heparin plasma. The kit supports research applications in metabolism and metabolic disorders.

Reagents should be stored at 2–8°C for 12 months. GOT1 is also known as cAspAT, cCAT, transaminase A, cytoplasmic aspartate aminotransferase, and glutamate oxaloacetate transaminase 1, and is associated with UniProt entry P05201.
